designed exclusively for use with ThermaShield IRR,
ThermaTex IRR and ThermaFlex IRR. ThermaPrime is
critical to the overall effectiveness of all I.R.I.S. exterior
coating systems.
ThermaShield IRR
ThermaShield IRR is a revolutionary acrylic or
elastomeric coating designed to reflect infra-red (heat)
energy and reduce thermal transfer through substrates.
ThermaShield IRR combined with ThermaPrime may be
used for both residential and commercial applications.

ThermaTex IRR (Acrylic)
ThermaFlex IRR (Elastomeric)
Our synthetic stuccos are designed to be used with
ThermaPrime and uses the same infra-red (heat)
reflecting technology as our paint and primer system.
These synthetic stuccos are designed for use with
E.I.F.S. or over hard-coat systems (One-Coat Stucco).
I.R.I.S. paint and primer system can
like any other conventional paints.
I.R.I.S. stuccos may be applied with
trowel or spray hopper equipment
just like conventional synthetcic
stuccos are.

transfer through substrates. Designed exclusively for use with
ThermaPrime and may be used in residential and commercial
applications.
Color: 48 standard colors. (Custom colors available).
Packaging: 54lbs or 24.43Kg. (5-gal. plastic pail)
Coverage: Approx. 100-150 sq.ft. (9.2-13.8 m2) per pail when trowel applied.
Coverage will vary depending on substrate surface texture and
application techniques.
Mixing: Mix with a drill mixer for 1 minute or until consistent, prior to use. No
more than 12 oz. of water may be added to this product to aid in
application.
Limitations: Should be applied when surface and ambient temperatures are
between 45°F and 100°F.
Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be free from grease and excess dust
before applying. Failure to correctly prepare the surface
may result in product failure.
Application: May be applied by trowel or spray hopper equipment.
Curing: Drying time will vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity
and film thickness.
Storage: Keep from freezing. Keep out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Shelf Life: 1 Year.
ThermaShield IRR

is for use on residential and commercial structures.
Color: 48 Standard colors (Custom colors are available.)
Packaging: 40lbs or 18.15kg (5-gal. plastic pail).
Coverage: Approx. 1000-1500 sq. ft. per pail @ 6-9 wet mils (3-5 dry mils).
Coverage will vary depending on substrate, texture and application
technique. The coverages listed above are a conservative
estimate based on a rough surface (stucco).
Mixing: Mix with a drill mixer for 1 minute or until consistent prior to use.
No more than 16oz of water may be added to this product to aid in
application.
Limitations: Should be applied when surface and ambient temperatures are
between 45°F and 100°F.
